Shipping policy

We are committed to providing our customers with the best service possible while still recognizing that we are a very small business just getting started on our journey. While we do warehouse many of our products; to provide our customers with a wider selection, there are some products listed within the store that will ship directly from our wholesalers. This is specified in those products’ “product description”. This will not affect the customers shipping cost selected at checkout but could result in the order being fulfilled in more than one shipment.

 

Cost

In the effort to better serve our customers we will be utilizing a fixed rate for shipping on all products which will be subject to change dependent upon the average rates being offered by the carrier services (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc).

 

Timeframes

For products that will be shipping directly from Sweet & Swaddled Boutique we will work to have it processed and shipped within 2-3 business days utilizing the fastest shipping method that our rates will cover with the carrier services.

Per the wholesalers: “standard shipping via USPS or FedEx Ground generally takes up to 3-6 days to deliver, with their packages being shipped out every weekday (Monday-Friday).”

Once tracking information is obtained from the carriers, customers will be updated with the tracking information via the contact information provided at checkout.
